Matt Small has a Degree and a Masters in Illustration. He won the Villiers David Art Prize and has been nominated for the BP Portrait Award and Hunting Art Prize. And just to subvert the conventions of art even further, Matt is also a really nice guy. We went to Small-ville in North London to talk about impressionism, using found materials, and how Matts more interested in painting people on the street than celebrities.
